These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jidbaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the website at jidbaj.bet and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the website, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of jidbaj, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and close your account.

jidbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jidbaj.bet/terms-conditions.

To register and use jidbaj you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a jidbaj employee or contractor.
5. You have not previously been excluded from the jidbaj platform or had an account closed for misconduct.

jidbaj reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date.

Each individual may hold only one active account on jidbaj. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. jidbaj strongly recommends enabling all available security features, including OTP verification, to protect your account.

Inactive accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. jidbaj may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 BDT per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance where funds remain. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied. If your account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method before the account is closed. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or misconduct cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.

jidbaj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned.

Deposit limits: The minimum single deposit is ৳100 BDT. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player via account settings as a responsible gaming measure. jidbaj may also apply platform-level transaction limits, which will be communicated to affected players.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–3 business hours for accounts that have completed identity verification. Unverified accounts must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures before any withdrawal is authorised. jidbaj reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 BDT.

Failed transactions: jidbaj is not liable for losses resulting from failed or delayed transactions caused by a player's payment provider, mobile banking service disruption, or incorrect payment details provided by the player. If a deposit reaches our payment processor but is not credited to your jidbaj wallet within 30 minutes, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number.

jidbaj offers a variety of bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and free bet credits to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met.
• jidbaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations are honoured.
• Where a player is found to have abused a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, VPNs, or coordinated play — jidbaj reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day) are available to eligible registered players and are subject to stated promotional end dates.

All casino games available on jidbaj — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fish shooting titles — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-streamed real-time outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the game software.

Sports betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. jidbaj reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred. For cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), bets placed on abandoned or suspended matches will be settled according to the applicable event-specific rules communicated prior to the event.

Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or bet settlement, the relevant game log or server record maintained by jidbaj or its licensed game providers constitutes the definitive record. Players must raise disputes within 30 days of the disputed transaction. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

jidbaj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. jidbaj does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

All data transmitted between your device and jidbaj servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. jidbaj maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

jidbaj is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jidbaj and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from participation in games or sports betting on the platform
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or system downtime beyond our reasonable control
• Loss of data resulting from player device failure, third-party network issues, or browser incompatibilities
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any nature

jidbaj's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant incident.

All content on jidbaj — including but not limited to the jidbaj brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jidbaj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the jidbaj platform without prior written consent from jidbaj.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with jidbaj's support team shall be subject to binding arbitration.

jidbaj reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the hero section of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jidbaj regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
